The School Admin Role

School admins manage content distribution to teachers and classrooms. They have access to the relevant reports about teacher/section(period, block) usage of the content.

Getting Started

Access the platform by visiting  https://klettlp.com/ and logging in using one of the options below. 

Log in options include:

  • Username/password (if provided by Klett World Languages Educational Technology Support)
  • Clever SSO
  • ClassLink SSO
  • Google Classroom SSO

Navigating the Platform

Upon login, use the left-hand side menu to navigate to various menu tabs (My Content, My Roster, License, and Settings). Use the dropdown arrow to expand these tabs.  See detailed instructions below:

  • My Content: Click on the dropdown arrow to view "My books" or "Assign Content" to different sections (periods, blocks) in your school
  • My Roster: Click on the dropdown arrow to expand the My Roster tab and view "Classes," "Teachers," and "Students." Do not use this section to change rosters if you are using an LMS sync; the LMS sync will override any additions and deletions done in this section.
  • License: Use this menu to allocate licenses to Teachers
  • Settings: Click on the dropdown arrow to expand the Settings tab. Depending on your district's integration tool (Clever, ClassLink, etc.), this tab is where you will manage your schools, rosters, and licenses.
    • Click on "Clever Sync" if your district has chosen Clever integration.
    • Click on "OneRoster" if your district has chosen ClassLink integration. 
All School Admins should use the Settings tab to manage schools, rosters, and licenses.
