School Admin Guide: Assigning and Managing Licenses

As an Admin, you will primarily assign licenses to teachers. Once this is done, they can proceed to assign the book (contents) to their classes using the Teacher Guide.

Assigning Licenses to Teachers

1. In the left-hand side menu, navigate to "License" and click on it to see the list of Purchase Orders in the District environment. Each Purchase Order contains the licenses purchased by your school or district. 

2. On the appropriate Purchase Order, click on "Assign" to send the book to the teacher(s).

Note: If your purchase order contains different books, they will show up as multiple purchase orders on the platform.

3. Click on all the teachers using the specific book. Then click "Assign" to complete the process.

4. You will see the following confirmation message at the top of the page:
